Together with the artist Lilian Marti we make our way to our inner core. The old farmhouse on Fehmarn offers us a sheltered environment to restore our inner balance in a creative and careful manner.
We use colors and mandalas, natural materials and our imagination to live out our artistic side and return to our inner home. During 2 days Lilian will introduce us to dotpainting. Whether on wood, stones or shells, we learn with to bring point mandalas on the chosen items with her help.
With meditative and mindful group exercises and the individual kinesiological work, I support each individual on his own personal journey of discovery and prepare the room for wishes, dreams and new friendships.

You want to eat healthier, but the implementation is difficult for you?
You are not alone: In everyday life we often do not find the time between work, family, sports and appointments to cook and take good care of ourselves and our bodies.
In this workshop, Janne will show you how to make great dishes with precious, fresh and seasonal food without the expense of a hassle.
Supplied with all the essential nutrients but no excess calories, a herbal diet helps you to feel lighter, fitter and better!
Born as an artist soul, she stood on international stages as a musical actress for years in various roles. After these wonderful years, Lilian was gifted with two wonderful children and as a counterbalance she started painting again and especially discovered the dotpainting for herself. Each work of art begins with the central first point. She works out of intuition and her feelings – without templates or prefigure. Lilian paints these elaborate and unique works of art not only on canvases, but also on stones, records and bottles. The painted bottles also create unique lamps and olive oil bottles. For her, this kind of art is like meditating for others – relaxing, slowing down, inspiring and full of happiness hormones!

Even as a teenager, I have been intensively concerned with the meaning of life, different wisdom teachings and possible solutions to emotional problems. The training as a psychological kinesiologist more than 10 years ago was at some point the logical consequence. In this retreat, I am the contact person for personal topics, kinesiologist and group work leader. In addition, I am responsible for a smooth process. If necessary, I also like to share my experiences on how to move to a more sustainable lifestyle. If you want to know more about me and my motivations, you can read more about it on the blog.
The super fluffy mixed race dog Pacho shows his gratitude daily and plentiful. He likes to cuddle and play, meditate and do yoga, but above all, he helps a lot with his love and tenderness when it is emotionally not so smooth.
